Scope of work: Fire a folded up blanket out of a tube, have the blanket unfold in mid air, and then wrap around an object at the end of its flight.  The blanket will be fired from approximately 10 to 15 feet from the object.  The blanket will be provided to the team.  The team may use any method desired to fire the blanket from the tube.  The object of the design is not focused on the launching of the blanket, but on how to get the blanket to unfold and wrap up an object at the end of its flight.  The object that is wrapped up could be a living thing.  The impact of the blanket or the wrapping process shall not be lethal to the object. The team will be expected to provide design details (Drawings), analysis, and a working prototype of their design (Video taped demo maybe required).
