| Scope of work: |
Using a sponsor supplied ccd video camera with ~ 640 x 480 pixels and frame rate of 30 hz, design, fabricate, and demonstrate a variable frame rate device with ability to increase frame rate to 100 hz.
Either software, hardware, or a combination of both may be used. Higher frame rates can use a smaller window ( less number of pixels ), but this window must be user definable at a user chosen ROI. |
